    Further to the Company's announcement of 14 June 2012, the Company announces that Ahmed Ibrahim Al Asfour has been removed from the board of the Company and its wholly owned subsidiary PLUS Stock Exchange plc, following a request from Amara Dhari Investments Limited ("ADIL") (the "Notice") in accordance with the Company's shareholder agreement with ADIL dated 4 September 2009 (the "Shareholder Agreement").

  • Thai Bourse To List First Thai ETF Based On Hang Seng Index

    The Stock Exchange of Thailand’s (SET) will list KTAM Hong Kong ETF Tracker, or HK, an exchange-traded fund (ETF) managed by Krung Thai Asset Management pcl (KTAM) on June 19. It is Thailand’s first ETF based on Hang Seng index.

  • ESMA Publishes Updated Statistical Data On Credit Rating Agencies

    ESMA today makes available the updated set of semi-annual statistical data on the performance of credit ratings including transition matrices and default rates. This new set of statistics covers ratings data up to 31 December 2011 and is available  available through the Central Rating Repository (CEREP).

  • HKEx Announcement - Discloseable Transaction

    The Board announces that after trading hours on 15 June 2012, HKEx, HKEx Investment (an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of HKEx) and LMEH entered into the Framework Agreement setting forth the terms of a recommended acquisition for cash of the entire issued ordinary share capital of LMEH by HKEx Investment by way of a scheme of arrangement and a capital reduction to be effected under the Companies Act. Pursuant to the terms of the Framework Agreement, HKEx has also issued a press release which is available on its corporate website atwww.hkex.com.hk.
