Newly Listed Contracts At The Dalian Commodity Exchange

From February 15, 2012, the 1302 series contracts of coke, linear low density polyethylene, RBD palm olein and PVC may be traded. The starting benchmark prices of each contract are as follows:J1302 contracts at 2,114 CNY/ton
L1302 contracts at 10,840 CNY/ton
P1302 contracts at 8,280 CNY/ton
V1302 contracts at 7,600 CNY/ton -
Thai Bourse Joins SCB To Enhance E-Dividend

The Thailand Securities Depository Co., Ltd. (TSD), under The Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET) group, joins hands with The Siam Commercial Bank pcl (SCB) to launch Thailand’s first e-dividend service application via ATM to facilitate securities holders who are customers of the bank, enabling them to get faster service and reduce the documentation process.

The U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) today announced that it obtained federal court consent orders resolving its remaining claims against defendants Robert D. Watson andDaniel J. Petroski, both of Houston, Texas, PrivateFX Global One Ltd., SA, and 36 Holdings Ltd. Global One, a corporation formed in Panama, and 36 Holdings are under the control of a court-appointed receiver, Thomas L. Taylor III.
