UK’s Financial Services Authority Consults On Changes To The Listing Rules To Enhance The Effectiveness Of The Regime

The Financial Services Authority (FSA) has today proposed a number of changes to the Listing Rules that aim to enhance the effectiveness of the Listing Regime. The Listing Rules set out the requirements for companies listed in the UK and are the responsibility of the United Kingdom Listing Authority (UKLA), operating under the FSA.

According to its order book statistics, Boerse Stuttgart generated turnover of about EUR 7.2 billion in September 2012. The trading volume was therefore around the same as in August 2012. At more than EUR 3.5 billion, securitised derivatives accounted for the largest share of the turnover in September.
