Cleartrade Exchange Launches Its Market Data Service

Cleartrade Exchange Pte Ltd. (CLTX), the OTC electronic global marketplace for commodity derivatives, today announced the launch of the Cleartrade Market Data Service (CMDS). The service provides a unique combination of OTC swaps-related market data to be distributed by the major data vendors to banks, trading organisations, broker firms and analysts. Based on feedback from major data vendors and financial application providers the CMDS feed is available in two industry-standard formats: XML and FIX 5.0.

Boerse Stuttgart: Ekosem-Agrar Issues Bond In Bondm Segment - Retail Investors Can Subscribe To The New Bond Issue Starting 12 March

Ekosem-Agrar GmbH is to issue a corporate bond in Boerse Stuttgart’s Bondm trading segment. Investors will have the opportunity to subscribe to the company’s corporate bond issue starting on 12 March 2012. The bond issue from Ekosem-Agrar at a total volume of up to EUR 50 million matures in 2017 and has a coupon of 8.75 percent. Private investors can purchase bonds (ISIN DE000A1MLSJ1) directly through their house bank that sends a buy order to Boerse Stuttgart. The issue is denominated in nominal units of EUR 1,000.

Dubai Gold and Commodities Exchange (DGCX) built on its excellent start to the year with a 147% year-on-year rise in monthly volumes in February. Total monthly volumes on the Exchange in February touched 519,222 contracts, valued at $21.92 billion.

Osaka Securities Exchange Certification Received For Nikkei 225 VI Futures From CFTC

Osaka Securities Exchange Co., Ltd. (OSE) is pleased to announce that the U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) has certified under CFTC Rule 30.13 that the Nikkei Stock Average Volatility Index Futures (Nikkei 225 VI Futures) may be offered or sold to U.S. persons, as of March 10, 2012 (U.S. EST). OSE had requested this certification of the CFTC in order to expand investor bases of Nikkei 225 VI Futures launched on Monday, February 27, 2012.

The financial accounting system is an important part of supporting policies and regulations of the futures market. China's existing financial accounting policies for the futures market are largely comprised of the Interim Provisions of Financial Management on Commodity Futures Trading issued in 1997 by the Ministry of Finance as well as the Accounting Law and relevant provisions of the Accounting Standards for Enterprises, there are yet no unified accounting standards specific for the futures industry. Most of these provisions were formulated during the cleaning up and consolidating period of the futures market, and certain parts of the contents are not compatible with present needs of the futures market growth, therefore, there are urgent needs to revise and perfect them.
