CCX Lists On BM&FBOVESPA’s Novo Mercado
On May 25, 2012, BM&FBOVESPA holds a ceremony to welcome CCX to Novo Mercado, its premium listing segment. CCX is a coal mining subsidiary of EBX and will trade under the ticker symbol CCXC3.

CFTC Charges Washington, DC, Resident Marina Bühler-Miko And Her Company, Coventry Asset Managers, LLC, With Operating Fraudulent Forex Scheme
The U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) today announced the filing of a civil enforcement action in U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia against defendants Marina Bühler-Miko(Bühler-Miko) and her company, Coventry Asset Managers, LLC (Coventry), both of Washington, DC. The CFTC complaint charges that Bühler-Miko and Coventry fraudulently solicited members of the general public to trade off-exchange foreign currency (forex) contracts on a leveraged or margined basis through a pooled investment vehicle, the Coventry Eire Forex Fund (Coventry Eire). Neither defendant has ever been registered with the CFTC.

KCBT to Alter HRW Wheat Futures & Options Open Outcry Trading Hours on USDA Report Days
The Kansas City Board of Trade has filed a submission with the CFTC to alter the start time of open outcry trading for the KCBT’s flagship hard red winter wheat futures and options contracts on USDA report release dates effective June 12, corresponding with the next release date.

IOSCO Consults On Certain Internal Controls And Procedures Of The Credit Rating Agencies
The Technical Committee of the International Organization of Securities Commissions (IOSCO) has published a consultation report, Credit Rating Agencies: Internal Controls Designed to Ensure the Integrity of the Credit Rating Process and Procedures to Manage Conflicts of Interest. This Consultation Report describes certain internal controls and procedures that credit rating agencies (CRAs) use to promote the integrity of the credit rating process and address conflicts of interest, with a view to promoting a better understanding of these practices. The views of stakeholders and CRAs on these questions will assist the IOSCO with further analysis of the internal controls and procedures used by CRAs.

CME Group To Expand CBOT Grain And Oilseed Open Out-Cry Trading Hours During USDA Crop Reports
CME Group, the world's leading and most diverse derivatives marketplace, today announced it will offer expanded floor trading hours in its CBOT grain and oilseed futures and options during major United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) Crop Reports, pending CFTC certification. The floor trading open will be changed to 7:20 a.m. CST, from 9:30 a.m. CST, on mornings of specified reports beginning June 12, 2012.
