  • Deutsche Börse: Subscription Launch For Sympatex Holding GmbH Bond

    Sympatex Holding GmbH plans to list a corporate bond in the Entry Standard of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange. The bond with the ISIN DE000A1X3MS7 can be subscribed from today until Friday, subject to early termination of subscription. It has an issue volume of up to €13 million, runs until December 2018 and has a coupon rate of 8.0 percent. Its nominal denomination is €1,000.

    Recently, an official of the agricultural products business division of Dalian Commodity Exchange (DCE) said in an interview that in the process of researching the futures of the “two boards”, China’s first futures products in the forestry sector, DCE has conducted extensive survey and research on the basis of the principle of serving the real economy and reflecting the demand in spots, in accordance with requirements in production process and with respect for the spot trade practices, thus having designed the fiberboard and the plywood futures contracts by taking the opinions of producers and scientific research institutions into consideration.

    The number of companies fulfilling the requirements to be part of the Socially Responsible Investment (SRI) index fell to 72 in 2013 (2012: 76), as the Johannesburg Stock Exchange (JSE) continued to raise the bar for index constituents. To improve corporate transparency, only publicly available information was considered in the JSE’s 9th annual SRI Index review; up to last year, companies could submit data that was not publicly available.

    The MNI India Business Indicator increased by 8.0% to 64.6 in November from 59.8 in October, the highest since the survey started in November 2012.
