The New York Stock Exchange, a subsidiary of NYSE Euronext (NYX), today released its weekly program-trading data compiled from member firms' executed volume from NYSE's orders database.  The report includes trading on the NYSE for Aug. 26-30.

The Disciplinary Committee of NASDAQ OMX Stockholm AB (the “Exchange”) has found that New Wave Group AB (“New Wave Group”) has contravened the Exchange’s Rulebook for Issuers in respect of disclosures and has therefore ordered New Wave Group to pay a fine amounting to SEK 192,000.

The Honourable Mr Justice Hartmann, chairman of the Market Misconduct Tribunal, has set down 5 May 2014 as the first day to hear the proceedings commenced by the Securities and Futures Commission (SFC) against Tiger Asia Management LLC and three of its officers, Mr Bill Sung Kook Hwang, Mr Raymond Park and Mr William Tomita, in relation to dealings in the shares of Bank of China Limited and China Construction Bank Corporation Limited during 2008 and 2009.
