Eurex/TAIFEX Link Successfully Launched - Strong Market Interest Leads To Promising Start

The Eurex/TAIFEX Link saw a successful launch on 15 May. More than 2,100 contracts were traded and cleared in the first days of trading. The new link allows Eurex members to trade and clear TAIEX futures and options as daily expiring futures on the Eurex Exchange.

ICE Endex Appointed Balancing Market Operator For The Netherlands

IntercontinentalExchange Group (NYSE: ICE), the leading global network of exchanges and clearing houses, today announced that ICE Endex has been appointed as the market operator for the Dutch natural gas balancing market from June 3, 2014. In conjunction with the appointment, the Dutch gas transmission system operator Gasunie Transport Services (GTS) will perform the balancing for the within day market operated by ICE Endex.

Dubai Financial Market (DFM) Achieves 97.6% Compliance In Q1 Results Disclosure Of UAE Companies

Dubai Financial Market (DFM) today announced that its UAE listed companies have showed a 97.6% compliance to disclose their Q1- 2014 results within the deadline of 45 days from the end of the first quarter. 41 UAE public joint stock companies listed on DFM successfully disclosed their quarterly results, with the exception of Amlak Finance due to procedural reasons, and Al Firdous as its financial year ends on 31 March.
