    IntercontinentalExchange Group (NYSE: ICE), the leading global network of exchanges and clearing houses, announced today that the European Securities and Markets Authority (ESMA) has approved ICE Trade Vault Europe Limited (ICE Trade Vault Europe) as a Trade Repository (TR) for the reporting of swaps and futures trade data to meet requirements of the European Market Infrastructure Regulation (EMIR).

  • Dalian Commodity Exchange: Notice On Revising Relevant Rules In The Measures For Information Management

    In order to further improve the information disclosure system, after the deliberation and adoption of the board of directors as well as reporting to the China Securities Regulatory Commission (CSRC), Dalian Commodity Exchange (DCE) has revised the relevant provisions in the “Measures of Dalian Commodity Exchange for Information Management” (hereinafter referred to as the "Rules"). The contents of the revision include: changing the disclosed information of non-futures-company members such as transaction and position-holding to the information of the total amount of all the non-futures-company members; in the delivery information, only disclosing the pairing information of the members without announcing the member numbers of the non-futures-company members; no more disclosure of “Hedging Positions”.

  • Tokyo Commodity Exchange And Ginga Energy Japan Establish Joint Venture Company For Operating OTC Platform

    The Tokyo Commodity Exchange, Inc (TOCOM) and Ginga Energy Japan Pte. Ltd, announced today the establishment of the Japan OTC Exchange (JOE). This joint venture with Ginga, a Japanese subsidiary of Singapore-based energy broker Ginga Petroleum, will focus on OTC markets for petroleum and products. The new company is capitalized at 10 million yen with the authorized capital at 25 million yen. (Ginga Energy Japan: 60%, TOCOM: 40%).
