Hong Kong’s Securities and Futures Commission Commences Market Misconduct Tribunal Proceedings Against Tiger Asia
The Securities and Futures Commission (SFC) has instituted proceedings in the Market Misconduct Tribunal (MMT) against Tiger Asia Management LLC (Tiger Asia) and three of its officers, Mr Bill Sung Kook Hwang, Mr Raymond Park and Mr William Tomita (collectively the Tiger Asia parties) in relation to dealings in the securities of Bank of China (BOC) and China Construction Bank Corporation (CCB) during 2008 and 2009.

Japan Exchange Group: Integration Of Cash Equity Markets, Clearing Functions, And Self-Regulatory Functions
On Tuesday, July 16, 2013, as scheduled, the cash equity market, clearing functions, and self-regulatory functions of Osaka Securities Exchange will be integrated with those of Tokyo Stock Exchange, Japan Securities Clearing Corporation, and Tokyo Stock Exchange Regulation, respectively.

Shenzhen Stock Exchange Market Bulletin 8 July,2013 (Issue 7)
The first trading week of the second half of 2013 recorded an all-over rise on Shenzhen market. Shenzhen Component Index closed at 7856.6 points after gaining 2.1%. SME Index moved higher to 4650.1 points after gaining 4.3%. ChiNext Index rose by 4.5% and stood at 1057.3 points. Total turnover for stocks and funds on SZSE was US$ 78.5 bil-lion, or a 1.6% decrease from the week before.
