MTS Completes Acquisition Of Bonds.Com

MTS Markets International Inc. (“MTS US”), a wholly-owned U.S. subsidiary of MTS, has completed its acquisition of Bonds.com Group (“Bonds”) (BDCG.), a U.S. based electronic trading platform for U.S. corporate and emerging market bonds. MTS US has acquired 100 per cent of Bonds’ outstanding shares, as previously announced on 6 March 2014.

HKEx: OTC Clear Is Now Able To Offer Its Services To US Clearing Members

OTC Clearing Hong Kong Limited (OTC Clear), a subsidiary of Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited (HKEx) established to clear over-the-counter derivatives transactions, has received no-action relief from the US Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC), allowing it to offer its clearing services to eligible US persons or affiliates of US persons (US Clearing Members) without being registered as a derivatives clearing organisation (DCO).

Westpac Institutional Bank (Westpac) has partnered with MNI Indicators to co-produce an independent monthly report on the Chinese consumer: The Westpac MNI China Consumer Sentiment Survey. The key headline indicator from the survey is the Westpac MNI China Consumer Sentiment Indicator (Westpac MNI China CSI). MNI Indicators is part of MNI, a subsidiary of one of the world’s largest exchange organisations, Deutsche Börse AG.
