BSE Upgrades Its Trading Platform To Bolt Plus - More Than 900 Members Participated In The First 3 Days Of Trading Session
BSE has changed its trading system to the new trading system acquired from Deutsche Boerse from April 7, 2014 for its Equity segment. Earlier, BSE had already implemented this system for Currency Derivatives on November 28, 2013, Interest Rate Futures on January 28, 2014, and Equity Derivatives on February 10, 2014. The platform is based on T7, the global trading architecture of Deutsche Boerse AG.

UK's Financial Conduct Authority: Statement On Achilles Macris - JPMorgan Chase - ‘London Whale’ Trades
On 14 October 2013 Mr Macris made a reference to the Upper Tribunal (Tax and Chancery Chamber) asserting that the FCA should have given him the right to make representations on certain matters set out in the final notice issued to JPMorgan Chase Bank N.A (JP Morgan) on 19 September 2013 which related to the ‘London Whale’ trades. Such rights are known as ‘third party rights’.
