Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited (HKEx) has announced revised arrangements for the adjustment to Standard Chartered PLC (Standard Chartered) structured products and options to account for Standard Chartered’s rights issue, as Standard Chartered announced the expected UK and Hong Kong record date for entitlements is now 18 November 2015 and not 13 November 2015 as previously stated.

Globally there are for the first time now over 6,000 ETFs/ETPs with over 3 trillion US dollars in assets at the end of October 2015. ETFs/ETPs listed globally gathered US$35.6 billion in net new assets in October 2015. This marks the 21st consecutive month of positive net inflows, according to ETFGI’s Global ETF and ETP insights report for October 2015.

ETFs/ETPs Listed In Europe Have Gathered A Record 68.6 Billion US Dollars In Net New Assets This Year As Of The End Of October 2015, According To ETFGI

ETFs/ETPs listed in Europe have gathered a record US$68.6 billion in net new assets as of the end of October 2015 which is 11.0% above the record level of US$61.8 billion of net new assets gathered in all of 2014. This marks the 13th consecutive month of positive net inflows. The European ETF/ETP industry had 2,141 ETFs/ETPs, with 6,617 listings, assets of US$510 Bn - just short of being a new record level of assets - from 48 providers listed on 25 exchanges in 21 countries, according to ETFGI’s Global ETF and ETP insights report for October 2015.

Hong Kong's Securities And Futures Commission Obtains Court Order To Freeze $23.5 Million Assets Of Maxim Capital Limited

The Court of First Instance has granted various interim orders against Maxim Capital Limited (Maxim Capital), an unlicensed investment firm, including freezing all its monies in Hong Kong totalling approximately $23.5 million following legal proceedings brought by the Securities and Futures Commission (SFC) under section 213 of the Securities and Futures Ordinance (SFO).

The price differential of the Good Delivery material for the November 2015 contract month in the Rubber market has be determined as follows,
Pursuant to the provisions of Article 2.2 of the Rubber Delivery Detailed Rules, the price differential between the Good Delivery materials RSS No.3 and the non-standard grade RSS No.4 for the November 2015 contract month shall be -3.0 yen/kg.
