EBA Publishes Guidelines On Contributions And Payment Commitments To Deposit Guarantee Scheme

The European Banking Authority (EBA) published today its final Guidelines on contributions to deposit guarantee schemes and on payment commitments. Both Guidelines will help ensure consistent application of the new funding mechanisms provided for in the new Deposit Guarantee Schemes Directive (DGSD).

OTC Global Holdings (OTCGH), the leading independent commodities interdealer broker, announced today that on May 27, 2015 its EOXLive platform represented 55 percent of options volume on the NYMEX Henry Hub natural gas benchmark, capturing 56 percent of ICE and 54 percent of CME volume. The volume represented 113,790 contract sides.

Financial Services: European Commission Requests 11 Member States To Apply EU Rules On Bank Recovery And Resolution

The European Commission has requested Bulgaria, the Czech Republic, France, Italy, Lithuania, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Malta, Poland, Romania and Sweden to fully implement the Bank Recovery and Resolution Directive (BRRD). This Directive (2014/59/EU) is a centrepiece of the EU's Banking Union that was put in place to create a safer and sounder financial sector in the wake of the financial crisis.

BME: MARF Admits To Trading A Bond Issue By Grupo Pikolin - It Is The First Limited Liability Company To Issue Bonds In This Market

MARF has admitted to trading two simultaneous bond issues by Grupo Pikolin - under the formula known as Dual Tranche - the first with maturity of seven years, for a volume of €10 million and a 4.5% coupon and the second, for €20 million, maturity of 10 years and 5% coupon. The issues have been distributed through a private placement and were acquired by qualified, long-term investors.
