Deutsche Börse: Unscheduled Free Float Adjustment In MDAX - Adjustment For Continental AG As Of 5 February 2010
Deutsche Börse has announced an unscheduled adjustment to the free float of Continental AG in MDAX®. Due to an increase in share capital, the free float of Continental AG increased by more than 10 percentage points. According to the index rules, the company’s free float will be increased from the current 11.1 percent to 24.87 percent.

The New York Stock Exchange announced that trading in the American Depositary Shares of Cadbury PLC -- ticker symbol CBY -- will be delayed because the tender offer for American Depositary Shares of Cadbury PLC by Kraft Foods Inc. has expired this morning at 8.00 a.m. EST.
