An earnings press release will be issued prior to the earnings conference call, which will begin at 8:30 a.m. ET.

Dow Jones-UBS Commodity Indexes November 2011 Performance Report

The Dow Jones-UBS Commodity Index was down 2.22% for the month of November. The Dow Jones-UBS Single Commodity Indexes for crude oil, orange juice and zinc had the strongest gains with month-end returns of 7.82%, 3.99%, and 3.39%, respectively. The three most significant downside performing single commodity indexes were cocoa, natural gas and cotton, which were down 15.85%, 12.48%, and 10.81% respectively, in November.

ESMA Gathers Worldwide Supervisors To Discuss Enforcement Of IFRS

Accounting enforcers from around 30 countries met on 1 and 2 December 2011 in Paris, follow-ing an invitation by ESMA to discuss International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), en-forcement systems and enforcement decisions. In addition to representatives from national enforcers, representatives of the International Accounting Standards Board (IASB), Interna-tional Auditing and Assurance Standards Board (IAASB), the European Commission and the International Organization of Securities Commission Organizations (IOSCO) participated in the meeting.

ICE Reports 14% Increase In Daily Futures Volume For November

IntercontinentalExchange (NYSE: ICE), a leading operator of regulated global futures exchanges, clearing houses and over-the-counter (OTC) markets, reported solid growth in futures volume for November 2011. Average daily volume (ADV) for ICE's futures markets was 1,563,621 contracts, an increase of 14% from November 2010. Year-to-date through November 30, ADV across ICE's futures exchanges was 1,550,398 contracts, an increase of 17% compared to the first 11 months of 2010.  Total futures volume in November 2011 was 32.8 million contracts.
