Eurex Expands Product Offering On European Government Bonds - Futures Contracts On Spanish Government Bonds Available As Of 26 October

Eurex Exchange, the international derivatives marketplace of Deutsche Börse Group, will offer a new interest rate future based on the long-term bonds issued by the Spanish government, starting 26 October 2015. The new Euro-Bono-Futures contract represents an important addition to the existing range of efficient and cost-effective hedging instruments on the European government bond market, complementing Eurex’s already listed long-term interest rate derivatives products such as Bund-, BTP- and OAT-Futures.

Securities Commission Malaysia - High Court Affirms Conviction On Misleading Disclosures

The Kuala Lumpur High Court today dismissed the appeal by two former independent directors of Transmile Group Berhad against their conviction and sentence for knowingly authorising the furnishing of a misleading statement to Bursa Malaysia in 2007.

Euronext, the primary exchange in the Euro zone, today celebrated the 350th anniversary of Saint-Gobain (ticker code SGO), whose Chairman and CEO rang the bell opening trading on Euronext Paris to mark the day. Saint-Gobain is the CAC 40 index’s oldest component stock and has been one of the world’s largest manufacturing companies since its earliest days.
