Moscow Exchange: Further Conditions For Securities Trading During The New Year Public Holidays

As the Moscow Exchange"s Equity & Bond Market will operate on 4, 5 and 6 January 2016 (i.e. during the New Year public holidays in Russia), the Exchange has set the following conditions for the Main Market Sector (in accordance with the resolution of the Directorate of MICEX SE dated 22 September 2015 and the MICEX SE Trading Rules adopted on 25 June 2015):

1. On 4, 5 and 6 January 2016, trading in securities will be held subject to conditions established in the Order No.927-r of the General Director of MICEX SE as of 27 July 2015. Such conditions refer also to the start and end times of the trading sessions in certain trading modes of the Main Market Sector.

Mr. Andrews is currently the Vice President and Managing Director of International at the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA). He will take up his position at IOSCO for a three-year renewable term in March 2016.
