Chairman Crenshaw, Ranking Member Serrano, and Members of the Subcommittee:
Thank you for inviting me to testify today in support of the President’s fiscal year 2017 budget request for the Securities and Exchange Commission. At the outset, I want to thank the Chairman, the Ranking Member, and all of the Subcommittee for your support of the SEC’s important mission in previous budget cycles. And today, I very much appreciate the opportunity to discuss with you why funding the agency at a level of $1.781 billion for Fiscal Year (FY) 2017 is necessary for the SEC to continue to fulfill its critical responsibilities to protect investors, maintain fair, orderly, and efficient markets, and facilitate capital formation.

Announcement On Termination Of Listing Of Shares Of Zhuhai Boyuan - Shanghai Stock Exchange Announcement (Delisting) [2016] No. 001 Document

On March 26, 2015, suspected of committing the crime of illegal information disclosure and non-disclosure of important information and the crime of forging and altering financial notes, Zhuhai Boyuan Investment Co., Ltd. (Zhuhai Boyuan) was transferred by the China Securities Regulatory Commission (CSRC) to the investigation of the public security organ. Trading of its shares was thus suspended as of May 28, 2015, and so far it has not been resumed yet.

On 17 and 18 March 2016, Shenzhen Stock Exchange held a seminar on the special topic of overseas mergers and acquisitions (Europeans Session), where over 120 trainees from more than 90 listed companies and companies applying for listing communicated and discussed in depth with relevant intermediaries about various aspects of the topic.

Deutsche Börse Managed Services And Solfia Sign New Customer For Software-As-A-Service Platform

Deutsche Börse Managed Services and Solfia (Vermeg Group) recently signed a new customer: Contassur, a Belgian insurance company that manages the largest pool of pension funds in Belgium. Contassur will use the Vermeg Wealth/Institutional Management Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) Hub platform, which will be run from Luxembourg on the highly secured IT infrastructure of Deutsche Börse.
