No change in the 20 constituents of the QE Index. As per index rules, QNB, whose weight exceeds 15% in the index as of market close March 31st has its weight capped at the 15% level and excess weight allocated to remaining stocks proportionately.

(the “NEO Exchange”), Canada’s new national stock exchange, celebrated today the launch of its first listing, Invesco Canada’s PowerShares DWA Global Momentum Index ETF.   Trading under the symbol DWG, this exchange-traded fund is the first listed in Canada based on the relative strength model of Dorsey, Wright & Associates, LLC (DWA).  This is also the first time an ETF has listed on a Canadian stock exchange other than the TSX.

ESMA Publishes UCITS Remuneration Guidelines

The European Securities and Markets Authority (ESMA) has published its final Guidelines on sound remuneration policies under the UCITS Directive and AIFMD. ESMA has also written to the European Commission, European Council and European Parliament on the proportionality principle and remuneration rules in the financial sector.

Nasdaq Announces 28% Increase In Quarterly Dividend To $0.32 Per Share

The Board of Directors of Nasdaq, Inc (Nasdaq:NDAQ) has declared a regular quarterly dividend of $0.32 per share on the company's outstanding common stock, a 28% increase from the prior $0.25 per share. The dividend is payable on June 24, 2016, to shareowners of record at the close of business on June 10, 2016.  Future declarations of quarterly dividends and the establishment of future record and payment dates are subject to approval by the Board of Directors.
