Shenzhen Stock Exchange Market Bulletin 09 May, 2016, Issue 15, 9 May, 2016

Last week, Shenzhen Component Index stood at 10733.6 points after adding 3.1%. SME Index edged up 2.7% to 7011.9 points. ChiNext Index advanced 3.6% to 2309.7 points. Total turnover for stocks and funds on SZSE was US$324.3 billion, or a 18.3% increase from the week before.

Dubai Financial Services Authority Fines Former Licensed Directors

The Dubai Financial Services Authority (DFSA) has fined two individuals USD 56,000 (AED 205,520) each for failing to act with due skill, care and diligence, which caused an Authorised Firm to breach the DFSA’s Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Rules.

Dalian Commodity Exchange Intensifies Supervision, Fights Violations

Recently, a DCE official disclosed in an interview that the Exchange has been inspecting and cracking down on the violations of related regulations this year. It is revealed that since this year, 13 clients has been suspended opening a position, 212 persons have been warned via phone or put on the special supervision list. The detected clues on related violations has also been inspected and handed over.

As part of the Capital Market Authority's continuous efforts to develop the capital market, and based on the Capital Market Law issued by the Royal Decree Number (M/30) Dated 2/6/1424 H, the CMA Board has issued its Resolution which includes publishing the Instructions of Book Building Process and Allocation Method in Initial Public Offering (IPOs) on CMA’s website (indicated below) to enable concerned and interested parties to provide their comments and observations. Summary Of April 2016 Activities At The Tokyo Commodity Exchange - TOCOM April Volume Averaged 117,063 Contracts Per Day, Up 3.6%

The Tokyo Commodity Exchange announced today average daily volume for April 2016 was 117,063 contracts, up 3.6%. TOCOM Dubai Crude Oil was up 18.1% to 27,582 contracts, Rubber rose 6.3% to 11,462 contracts and Corn was up 117.7% to 1,842 contracts. These gains outpaced a drop in volume for Gold Standard, which was down 9.1% to 35,622 contracts. Gold Standard is TOCOM’s most active contract.
