The Securities and Exchange Commission today adopted amendments updating its rules of practice governing its administrative proceedings.

Tomorrow the Spanish Stock Exchange will admit to trading the first exchange-traded products based on the daily performance of 16 grade 3 and 5 short and leveraged equity indices, linked to the following listed securities: BBVA, Inditex, Santander and Telefonica.

CFTC Staff Approves A Public Comment Extension For A Rule Amendment Certification Filing By ICE Futures U.S.

The U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission’s (CFTC) Division of Market Oversight (DMO) announced today that it has granted ICE Futures U.S. a 15-day extension of the public comment period and a 45-day extension of the stay period for Submission No. 16-67, dated June 1, 2016. ICE Futures U.S. had requested both extensions. Comments must be submitted on or before July 29, 2016. The extended stay will expire on October 28, 2016.

Clarification Announcement From The Saudi Arabia Capital Market Authority Regarding Companies Applying To Increase Their Capital Through Rights Issue Offering

The Capital Market Authority (CMA) would like to clarify that the listed companies (“The Companies”) applying for a capital increase through rights issue offering are:

1. Takween Advanced Industries Company (Takween)

A decision regarding the Company's application will be made in two weeks from this announcement.

2. Sanad Cooperative Insurance Company (Sanad)

The Company and its financial advisor are in the progress to complete the application file.

As of the date of this announcement, the CMA does not have any additional capital increase applications through rights issue offering.
