Nasdaq Names Hans-Ole Jochumsen Vice Chairman - Will Work With Nasdaq's European Teams To Deepen Relationships Across The Continent

Nasdaq (Nasdaq: NDAQ) today announced that Hans-Ole Jochumsen has been named Vice Chairman, Nasdaq, effective January 1, 2017. Jochumsen currently serves as President of Nasdaq, responsible for Global Trading and Market Services, which comprises all transactions, clearing, and settlement services, including equities, equity derivatives, fixed income, currency and commodities.

Dubai Financial Market: Trading Of Al Ramz Corporation Investment And Development Rights Issue Between 25 October And 7 November 2016

Dubai Financial Market (DFM) today announced that the rights issue of “Al Ramz Corporation Investment and Development” is due to be tradable on the exchange between Tuesday 25th October and Monday 7th November 2016. Trading of the rights issue enables existing shareholders of the company who do not wish to subscribe to the new shares, which the company plans to issue as part of its capital increase, to sell all or part of their rights to other investors who do wish to subscribe. The rights issue is a financial instrument representing the rights that are legally granted to the company's shareholders to have priority in subscribing for the company's capital increase shares that will be issued.

Shenzhen Stock Exchange (‘SZSE’) recently organized the first training session for lecturers of Shenzhen-Hong Kong Stock Connect Program (‘the Program’) in Shenzhen together with Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited (‘HKEx’) and China Securities Depository and Clearing Co., Ltd. (‘CSDC’), nearly 400 lecturers from teaching staff of member units and investment advisers of member sales department attended the training.
