CalPERS To Vote Against Tesla CEO’s Multibillion-Dollar Pay Package

CalPERS today announced that it will again vote against a multibillion-dollar compensation package that Tesla proposes to give its chief executive officer at the company’s annual meeting on June 13. The package would allow Elon Musk to buy 304 million shares of Tesla stock at its 2018 value, which would be worth approximately $46 billion. CalPERS also opposed the deal when shareholders approved the measure in 2018.

Due to the introduction of restrictive measures by the US against Moscow Exchange Group, from 13 June 2024, Moscow Exchange's markets will trade as follows:
- all instruments, except for currency pairs with the US Dollar and Euro will be available for trading on the FX and Precious Metals Markets;
- all instruments, except for instruments with settlement in USD and EUR will be available for trading on the Equity and Bond, Money, and Standardised OTC Derivatives Markets;
- the Derivatives Market will operate as usual.
