TransRisk, Nodal Exchange, And DAT Solutions Join Forces To Introduce The First Trucking Freight Futures Contracts

TransRisk, Inc., Nodal Exchange, LLC and DAT Solutions, LLC are pleased to announce that they have entered into an agreement to work together to market, develop, and list the first and only trucking freight futures and options on futures contracts. The contracts are planned to be listed for trading on Nodal Exchange in late 2018 and will be financially settled using the DAT Truckload Rate Index, based on DAT’s data for major freight lanes in the U.S., subject to regulatory approval.

B3’s Mini Ibovespa Futures Contract hit a record high today ending the day at 531.040 trades. The previous record of 520.316 Mini Ibovespa Futures Contract was recorded on October 26, 2017. B3’s Mini U.S. Dollar Futures Contract also hit a record high today ending the day at 1.258.417 contracts. The previous record of 1.072.594 was recorded on October 26, 2017.

Cboe Global Markets Declares Fourth-Quarter 2017 Dividend

Cboe Global Markets, Inc. (Cboe: CBOE | NASDAQ: CBOE) today announced its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.27 per share of common stock for the fourth quarter of 2017. The fourth-quarter 2017 dividend is payable on December 15, 2017, to stockholders of record as of December 1, 2017.

CFTC Staff Issues No-Action Relief For Swap Dealers From Compliance With Variation Margin Requirements Applicable To Swaps With Legacy Special Purpose Vehicles

The Commodity Futures Trading Commission’s (CFTC) Division of Swap Dealer and Intermediary Oversight (DSIO) today announced that it is providing no-action relief, subject to specified conditions, to registered swap dealers from compliance with the variation margin requirements of CFTC regulation 23.153 when amending or novating swaps in existence prior to March 1, 2017 with issuers that are special purpose vehicles (legacy SPV swaps).

The European Securities and Markets Authority (ESMA) today published the priorities to be considered by listed companies, and their auditors, when preparing and auditing their 2017 financial statements. These priorities are set out in the annual Public Statement on European Common Enforcement Priorities (Statement), through which ESMA promotes the consistent application of the International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).

Office Of The Comptroller Of The Currency Bulletin: Annual Stress Test: Notice Of Proposed Rulemaking - Technical And Conforming Changes

Summary
The Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC) proposes to implement several technical and conforming changes to the OCC’s Annual Stress Test rule (12 CFR 46). The proposed rule would change the range of possible “as-of” dates used in the global market shock component to conform to changes recently made by the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System to its stress testing regulations. The proposed rule would also change the transition period for an institution that becomes an over $50 billion covered institution. Finally, the proposed rule would make certain technical changes to clarify the requirements of the OCC’s stress testing regulation. The notice of proposed rulemaking was issued in the Federal Register on October 27, 2017, with a 60-day comment period.
