The Supervisory Board of Deutsche Börse AG (DBAG) unanimously expresses its full confidence in the Chief Executive Officer Carsten Kengeter. This is the result of an extraordinary supervisory board meeting on 6 February in which the investigation by the Public Prosecutor has been discussed thoroughly and intensely. These discussions were preceded by extensive conversations with external experts and a re-newed analysis of the processes in the year 2015.

MOU Signed Between Qatar Stock Exchange And Tajikistan Central Asian Stock Exchange (CASE)

Qatar Stock Exchange (QSE) and the Tajikistan Central Asian Stock Exchange (CASE) signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) at the Kempinski Hotel “The Pearl” in Doha. The MoU was signed by Mr. Rashid bin Ali Al-Mansoori, CEO of Qatar Stock Exchange, and Mr. Alisher Shernazarov, Chief Executive Officer of CASE.

DME Sets New Record For Physical Delivery Volumes - 36.8 Million Barrels Will Be Delivered Through The Exchange In March 2017

Continuing its strong start to 2017, the Dubai Mercantile Exchange (DME), the premier international energy futures and commodities exchange in the Middle East, has achieved a new record for physical delivery with 36.8 million barrels of Oman crude oil scheduled for delivery through the Exchange in March 2017. The latest figure surpasses the previous record of 29.9 barrels for February 2017 delivery.

FXCM’s principal place of business is New York, New York; Niv resides in Connecticut; and Ahdout resides in New York.

Reconsideration Of Pay Ratio Rule Implementation SEC Acting Chairman Michael S. Piwowar

The Commission adopted the pay ratio disclosure rule in August 2015 to implement Section 953(b) of the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act. The rule requires a public company to disclose the ratio of the median of the annual total compensation of all employees to the annual total compensation of the chief executive officer.
