ISDA EMEA Credit Derivatives Determinations Committee: Banco Popular Español SA Governmental Intervention And Restructuring Credit Events

The International Swaps and Derivatives Association, Inc. (ISDA) today announced that its EMEA Credit Derivatives Determinations Committee (EMEA DC) resolved that a governmental intervention credit event (for the purposes of trades entered into using the 2014 ISDA Credit Derivatives Definitions and referencing a subordinated obligation) and a restructuring credit event (for the purposes of trades entered into using the 2003 ISDA Credit Derivatives Definitions and referencing either a senior or a subordinated obligation) have occurred in respect ofBanco Popular Español SA.

A total turnover of 3.100 billion shares worth N29.180 billion in 33,677deals were traded this week by investors on the floor of the Exchange in contrast to a total of 2.319 billion shares valued at N23.813  billion that exchanged hands last week in 22,310 deals.

Euronext today welcomed Balyo (ticker code: BALYO), a business specialised in the automation of handling trucks, to compartment C of its regulated market in Paris. Balyo is the second company to list after taking part in Euronext’s pan-European TechShare programme, launched in 2015.
