On 1 June 2017, US President Donald Trump announced the country’s intention to withdraw from the Paris Climate Agreement at the earliest possible moment. With this decision, the dismantling of the country’s climate-protection endeavours, which had already started when his term began, has received new impetus.

Exchange Council Approves Weighting Of The Phelix-DE/AT Index In Case Of The Split Of The German/Austrian Bidding Zone

As announced in the Customer Information on 18 May 2017, the EEX Exchange Council has decided in its meeting today how the Phelix-DE/AT will be determined after a split of the common DE/AT-bidding zone.

MIAX Options & MIAX PEARL - Reminder: Mandatory Usage Of Member Firm Portal: August 1, 2017

As previously announced in the MIAX May 10, 2017 Alert, the MIAX Exchanges intend to file rules to require MIAX Options and MIAX PEARL Members to use the MIAX Member Firm Portal (MFP) to apply same-side clearing trade corrections effective August 1, 2017, pending SEC approval.  As of August 1, 2017, MIAX Trading Operations will no longer perform this function for member firms except in the case of a system issue.

The European Stability Mechanism (ESM) on Wednesday raised €1.5 billion in a tap of its 2 November 2046 bond. With this transaction, both the ESM and EFSF have completed their funding needs for the second quarter of 2017.
