    The prices of several prominent Nasdaq-listed stocks appeared on some websites to either spike or plummet after market close on the eve of the US Independence Day holiday with major Nasdaq listed companies such as Apple, Amazon, Google and Microsoft set to the same share price of USD123.47.

  • Nadex Halted FTSE 100 And Germany 30 8-Hour Spread Contracts Listed On July 3, 201

    On July 3, 2017 Nadex submitted to the Commission an emergency action pursuant to Commission Rule 40.6(a), providing notice that on trade date July 3, 2017, due to the July 4th holiday, Nadex planned to close all of its Germany 30 and FTSE 100 Binary and Spread contracts at 1pm ET on Monday, trade date July 3, 2017, rather than their regular close time of 4pm ET due to the possibility of a thinly traded underlying market.  However, the Germany 30 and FTSE 100 8-Hour Spread contracts were listed at 8:00am ET with a close time of 4pm ET.  The error was discovered less than 20 minutes after the contracts were listed, at which time the markets were halted.  All affected parties have been notified.

    OneChicago, LLC (OneChicago), a securities finance exchange, today announced its June 2017 volume of 1,774,332, an increase of 32% year-over-year. OneChicago is a CFTC and SEC regulated exchange offering Single Stock Futures (SSF), a Delta One product, on approximately 1,800 equities, including ADRs and ETFs.
