Hong Kong's Securities And Futures Commission Commences MMT Proceedings Against Fujikon And Its Senior Executives For Late Disclosure Of Inside Information

The Securities and Futures Commission (SFC) has commenced proceedings in the Market Misconduct Tribunal (MMT) against Fujikon Industrial Holdings Limited (Fujikon) for failing to disclose inside information as soon as reasonably practicable on the discontinuance of headphone production for one of the company’s top customers.

The price differential of the Good Delivery material for the April 2018 contract month in the Rubber market has be determined as follows, Pursuant to the provisions of Article 2.2 of the Rubber Delivery Detailed Rules, the price differential between the Good Delivery materials RSS No.3 and the non-standard grade RSS No.4 for the April 2018 contract month shall be -3.0 yen/kg.

China Exchanges Services Company Limited (CESC) has licensed its CES Stock Connect Hong Kong Select 100 Index (CES SCHK100) to HuaAn Fund Management Co, Ltd (HuaAn Fund) to serve as the underlying index for the HuaAn CES Stock Connect Hong Kong Select 100 ETF (HuaAn CES100 ETF) that will be listed on the Shanghai Stock Exchange (SSE) in mid-May.
