Euronext Dublin: Euroclear, The Global Financial Markets Infrastructure Provider, Lists On MSM

Euroclear Investments has listed €300m notes on the Main Securities Market (MSM) of Euronext Dublin. The notes have a maturity date of April 2030 and an interest rate of 1.5% per annum.

HKEX: Forfeiture Of Unclaimed Final Dividend For 2011

As provided in HKEX’s Articles of Association, any dividend unclaimed after a period of six years from the date for payment of such dividend shall be forfeited and shall revert to HKEX. Accordingly, HKEX’s final dividend for 2011 of HK$2.09 per share, payable on 29 May 2012 and remaining unclaimed on 29 May 2018, will be forfeited and will revert to HKEX.
