Overstock.com (NASDAQ: OSTK) CEO and tZERO Chairman, Dr. Patrick Byrne announced his company’s intent today for blockchain subsidiary tZERO to purchase a minority stake in StockCross Financial Services, Inc., a U.S., DTC Clearing Firm. The parties have executed Letters of Intent for tZERO to purchase a 24 percent stake in StockCross.

This updated version mainly reflect schanges in the classification of the instruments and the related parameters and resubmission of data by some trading venues. This new version is the one to be used by market participants, infrastructures and authorities under the new regulatory framework from 3 January 2018.

On 3, 4 and 5 January, 9 March, 30 April, 2 May and 11 June -- public holidays in Russia -- Moscow Exchange's trading schedule will be as follows:

• The FX, Precious Metals, Equity & Bond and Deposit Markets will operate as usual;
• All instruments will trade on the FX and Precious Metals Markets, except trades with "today" settlement and swap transactions with their first parts settled on the same day;
• The Standardised OTC Derivatives market will be closed.
