Powernext Has Been Re-Appointed As The Operator Of The Registry For Guarantees Of Origin In France And Will Operate The New Auction Platform

Powernext has been reappointed as the operator of the national registry for guarantees of origin in France for electricity produced from renewable sources or via co-generation. In addition, the mandate of Powernext has been extended to include the organization of auctions for guarantees of origin issued for generation facilities benefitting from state subsidies. This appointment, as announced by the Ministry for an Ecological and Solidary Transition via a decree dated 24th of August 2018, will enter into force on the 1st of January 2019 for a period of five years.

Japan's Financial Services Agency: The Second Yangon Stock Exchange Expo Keynote Speech By State Minister Ochi

1. On September 9th, State Minister Mr. Takao Ochi gave the keynote speech on Japan’s support for the development of Myanmar’s capital market at the Second YSX EXPO organized by Yangon Stock Exchange.
2. Japan has provided a seamless and continuous support to the Myanmar’s capital market. The collaborative effort by Financial Services Agency, Daiwa Securities Group Inc., and Japan Exchange group Inc. contributed to the establishment of Yangon Stock Exchange in December 2015.
3. Japan will continue and strengthen its support for the development of YSX as “the Symbol of Japan-Myanmar Friendship” based on Myanmar Capital Market Activation Support Plan “LIST (Listing + Investment Strategy and Timeline) for Myanmar’s Future(Myanmar LIST)”, thereby contribute to further activation of Myanmar’s capital market in tandem with the Myanmar government.

Japan's Financial Services Agency: Submission Of “Progress Report Of Myanmar’s Capital Market Activation Support Plan” To Ministry Of Planning And Finance Of Myanmar

1. On September 9th, State Minister Mr. Takao Ochi had a meeting with Mr. Maung Maung Win, Deputy Minister of Planning and Finance of Myanmar together with representatives from Daiwa Securities Groups Inc. and Japan Exchange Group Inc..
2. In the meeting, State Minister Ochi submitted the Progress Report of Myanmar Capital Market Activation Support Plan “LIST (Listing + Investment Strategy and Timeline) for Myanmar’s Future(Myanmar LIST)”, which was presented in January.
3. The Progress Report is to analyze and report the progress and the issues of Plan and to strengthen the bilateral cooperation for further development of Myanmar’s capital market.
4. Japan will continue to support the development of Myanmar’s capital market based on this Progress Report to further implement the Plan.

Pursuant to the provisions of Article 2.2 of the Rubber Delivery Detailed Rules, the price differential between the Good Delivery materials RSS No.3 and the non-standard grade RSS No.4 for the September 2018 contract month shall be -3.0 yen/kg.
