ESAs Publish Joint EMIR STS Standards

The European Supervisory Authorities Authority (ESAs) published today two joint draft Regulatory Technical Standards (RTS) to amend the RTS on the clearing obligation and risk mitigation techniques for non-cleared OTC derivatives.
