  • BME - MAB Companies: Extension Of The Period For Submitting Annual Periodic Information

    The Board of Directors of Bolsas y Mercados Españoles Sistemas de Negociación, SA, in accordance with the powers envisaged in this regard by the Regulations of MAB, BME’s Growth Market, and in observance of the content of Royal Decree-Law 8/2020, of March 17TH, of extraordinary urgent measures to deal with the economic and social impact of COVID-19, agrees, exceptionally and due to the current circumstances, to extend, during the year 2020, the period for submitting the issuing entities´ annual periodic information, as indicated in the Second regulation, section 1, letter b) of Circular 6/2018, on the Information to be supplied by Growth Companies and SOCIMI (REITs) admitted to trading in the MAB market.
