Dalian Commodity Exchange (DCE) and the CNCA sign the strategic cooperation agreement at the conference. DCE CEO Xi Zhiyong and Chief of the CNCA Discipline Inspection Commission Zhang Hong sign the agreement on behalf of the two sides.
