Borsa İstanbul: BIST-KYD Indices Ground Rules Revised

Borsa İstanbul Management decided to make the following changes on BIST-KYD Indices Ground Rules;
- Using Bloomberg BVAL prices in BIST-KYD Eurobond Indices calculation,
- BIST-KYD Government Lease Certificates USD T1 and BIST-KYD Government Lease Certificates USD (TRY) T1 indices will be created by using Bloomberg BVAL prices. BIST-KYD Government Lease Certificates USD T1 index is calculated based on daily returns of US Dollar denominated lease certificates issued in foreign markets by the Ministry of Treasury and Finance of Turkey, whereas BIST-KYD Government Lease Certificates USD (TRY) T1 index is calculated based on the corresponding converted returns of this index to Turkish Lira,
- Periodic changes of BIST-KYD Indices will be announced only on the website of Borsa Istanbul, and the practice of announcing them on the Public Disclosure Platform (PDP) will be terminated,
- These changes will be effective as of April 5, 2021.

OCC February 2021 Total Volume Up 45.6 Percent From A Year Ago - Second Highest Volume Month On Record For U.S. Equity Options Industry

OCC, the world's largest equity derivatives clearing organization, announced today that February 2021 total cleared contract volume was 828,558,430 contracts, the second highest month on record after January 2021 and up 45.6 percent compared to February 2020. Year-to-date average daily cleared contract volume through February was 44,002,651 contracts, up 61.4 percent compared to February 2020.
