Singapore Exchange Regulation (SGX RegCo) refers to the Notice of Compliance (NOC) issued to Camsing Healthcare Limited on 29 March 2019 and the company’s announcement dated 1 September 2020 on the special audit report prepared by the independent reviewer, RSM Corporate Advisory Pte Ltd (RSM). RSM reported the findings directly to SGX RegCo.

CFTC Charges 20 Entities For Making False Registration Claims

The Commodity Futures Trading Commission today announced the filing of charges against 20 entities for making false and misleading claims of having CFTC registration and National Futures Association (NFA) membership required to offer services related to trading in foreign exchange (forex), digital assets, and derivatives. Each complaint seeks orders directing the entities to cease and desist from committing violations of the Commodity Exchange Act and CFTC regulations.

The Office of the Comptroller of the Currency, the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System, the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation, the National Credit Union Administration, and the state regulators, collectively the agencies, recognize the serious impact of Hurricane Laura and the California wildfires on the customers and operations of many financial institutions and will provide appropriate regulatory assistance to affected institutions subject to their supervision. The agencies encourage institutions operating in the affected areas to meet the financial services needs of their communities.

OCC August 2020 Total Volume Up 28.7 Percent From A Year Ago - Third Highest Month Ever For U.S. Options Industry

OCC, the world’s largest equity derivatives clearing organization, announced today that August 2020 total cleared contract volume was 615,972,402 contracts– the third highest month on record and up 28.7 percent from August 2019. This also represents the highest August monthly volume in OCC’s history. Year-to-date average daily cleared contract volume through August was 28,466,064 contracts, up 44.7 percent from August 2019.

Purdue University/CME Group Ag Economy Barometer. Farmer Sentiment Rebounds As Commodity Prices Rally And Agriculture Trade Prospects Improve

There was a big improvement in farmer sentiment in August, according to the Purdue University/CME Group Ag Economy Barometer. The index rose to a reading of 144, up 26 points from July. The Ag Economy Barometer is based on survey responses from 400 U.S. agricultural producers and was conducted between August 17-21, 2020.
