Nasdaq Helsinki Welcomes Tornator As Its First Corporate Green Bond Issuer - Milestone Marks The Expansion Of Nasdaq’s Growing Market For Corporate Sustainable Bonds Into Finland

Nasdaq (Nasdaq: NDAQ) today announced that Tornator Oyj (“Tornator”) has listed its green bond on the Nasdaq Sustainable Bond Market at Nasdaq Helsinki. The bond notional is EUR 350 million with a maturity of six years. Tornator’s issuance is the first corporate green bond listed on Nasdaq Helsinki.

Securities Commission Malaysia: Audit Firm And Auditors Fined And Barred From Auditing For A Year

The Securities Commission Malaysia’s Audit Oversight Board (AOB) today announced that the audit firm, RSL PLT (RSL), and its partners are prohibited from accepting as clients and auditing public interest entities (PIEs) or schedule funds for a period of 12 months commencing from 1 November 2020.
