Shanghai Futures Exchange: Notice On Collecting Order Fees On Futures And Option Contracts Based On Client Message Amount

To enhance supervisory efficiency and ensure market stability, and as provided under Article 37 of the Clearing Rules of the Shanghai Futures Exchange, Shanghai Futures Exchange (SHFE) plans to collect order fees on futures and option contracts, based on the extra amount of client messages over the benchmark, starting from August 5th, 2022 (i.e., during continuous trading on the evening of August 4th).

MARF Admits A New 100 Million Euro Bond Programme From The AQUA 2020 Securitisation Fund

BME's fixed income market, MARF, has admitted the first securitisation bond programme from AQUA 2020 Securitisation Fund for 100 million euros. AQUA 2020 is a securitisation fund incorporated under Spanish law, which is open on the assets and liabilities side, (i.e. it allows the successive incorporation of new credit rights and the issuance of new securities throughout the life of the Fund), and whose purpose is to finance present and future credit rights granted by Crealsa Investments Spain.

Shanghai Stock Exchange Officially Issues Detailed Rules For Trading Of Convertible Corporate Bonds And Guidelines For Self-Regulation To Promote High-Quality Development Of Convertible Bond Market

In order to implement the requirements of the Measures for the Administration of Convertible Corporate Bonds further regulate the business activities of convertible corporate bonds (hereinafter referred to as convertible bonds) of listed companies, promote the high-quality development of the convertible bond market, and protect the legitimate rights and interests of investors, the Shanghai Stock Exchange (hereinafter referred to as the SSE) has, under the overall guidance of the China Securities Regulatory Commission (CSRC), drafted the Shanghai Stock Exchange Detailed Rules for the Implementation of Trading of Convertible Corporate Bonds (hereinafter referred to as the Detailed Trading Rules) and the Guidelines No. 12 of the Shanghai Stock Exchange for Self-regulation of Listed Companies — Convertible Corporate Bonds (hereinafter referred to as the Guidelines for Self-regulation), and solicited public opinions. Overall, the market players showed great support for the institutional framework and main content of these rules, and put forward some comments and suggestions. After careful deliberation, the SSE absorbed and adopted some suggestions and officially issued relevant rules on July 29, 2022.
