In a landscape marked by economic uncertainty and shifting investor sentiment, the global deal activity (mergers & acquisitions (M&A), private equity and venture financing) for the first the first six months (H1) of 2025 presents a nuanced picture. The total number of deals announced globally year-on-year (YoY) decreased by approximately 1.7% during H1 2025, with some markets showcasing resilience and some even registering double-digit growth in deal volume, according to GlobalData, a leading data and analytics company.

Notice On Adjustments To Transaction Fees Of Zhengzhou Commodity Exchange Products

According to Article 25 of Measures for the Administration of Futures Clearing of Zhengzhou Commodity Exchange, Zhengzhou Commodity Exchange(ZCE) has decided upon discussion that transaction fees for some futures contracts will be adjusted as follows:
From the night trading session of July 30, 2025, intra-day transaction fee for Flat Glass Futures 2509 contract will be adjusted to 10 Yuan per lot, intra-day transaction fee for Soda Ash Futures 2509 contract will be adjusted to 4‱ of the trading turnover, transaction fee and intra-day transaction fee for Sodium Hydroxide Futures 2509 contract will be adjusted to 2‱ of the trading turnover.
