Shanghai International Energy Exchange has released its Circular on Releasing the Revised Market-Making Management Rules of the Shanghai International Energy Exchange as follows:
The revised Market-Making Management Rules of the Shanghai International Energy Exchange have been reviewed and adopted by the Board of Directors of Shanghai International Energy Exchange (INE), and reported to China Securities Regulatory Commission. These rules are hereby released and shall take effect since September 11, 2026.

SEC: 38 Entities Feigned Legitimacy As U.S. Advisers Through False Filings To Lure Retail Investors

The Securities and Exchange Commission today charged 38 entities alleging that they made material misrepresentations in Forms ADV filed with the Commission between 2025 and 2026 to falsely portray themselves as legitimate advisory firms to U.S. investors. The complaints also allege that the defendants, a number of whom used IP addresses that were tracked to foreign jurisdictions to connect to the Commission’s filing system, failed to respond to requests by Commission counsel to provide records to substantiate information on their Forms ADV.

US Agencies Issue Final Rule To Prioritize Material Financial Risks

The Office of the Comptroller of the Currency and the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (the agencies) today issued a final rule that continues their effort to focus examiners’ and institutions’ attention on material financial risks and compliance with banking and banking-related laws and regulations. The final rule is consistent with the objectives of the agencies’ proposal issued in October 2025, with certain modifications to clarify how the agencies will exercise their enforcement and supervisory authority.
