As previously announced, the Group will be separated into two businesses with Fastmarkets becoming a stand-alone entity, owned and controlled by Astorg, with the Delinian businesses operating under the majority ownership and control of Epiris.

On Friday, January 20, Deputy Secretary of the Treasury Wally Adeyemo met virtually with Deputy Ministers representing the global coalition of countries imposing the price cap on seaborne Russian crude oil (the Price Cap Coalition) to discuss their progress to date and identify further steps to finalize the price cap policy for Russian refined products. The meeting underscored the unity across members of the price cap coalition to hold Russia accountable through this historic policy.

The Securities and Exchange Commission today charged Avraham Eisenberg with orchestrating an attack on a crypto asset trading platform, Mango Markets, by manipulating the MNGO token, a so-called governance token that was offered and sold as a security. Investigations into other securities law violations and into other entities and persons relating to the alleged misconduct are ongoing.
