    The general meeting of EEX AG has appointed the new Supervisory Board of European Energy Exchange AG, the operating company of EEX. The newly constituted Supervisory Board met in Frankfurt today for the first time since the capital increase. Otto E. Nägeli, Deputy Chief Executive Officer of Eurex, the derivatives exchange, was reappointed Chairman of the Supervisory Board. Dr. Jürgen Kroneberg, member of the Executive Board, RWE Energie AG, is Deputy Chairman of the EEX Supervisory Board.
