UK Financial Conduct Authority Decides To Fine And Ban James Staley

Emma has over thirty years’ experience in the UK commercial property markets, having previously established two independent businesses managing bank and institutional capital investing into UK real estate debt.  She was Co-Head of the EMEA Credit platform of CBRE Investment Management from 2019-2022, where she also served on the firm’s Global Investment Committee. Her industry service includes nine years as a board member for CREFC, the trade body for the real estate finance industry, which she chaired between 2019 and 2021.
