CMS WebView Plc Proposed Placing Of New Ordinary Shares

CMS WebView plc ("CMS" or "the Company"), a leading provider of software systems for real-time financial data distribution and management, announces that 25,000,000 new ordinary shares of 0.2 pence each in the capital of CMS ("the New Shares") have been conditionally placed by Corporate Synergy Plc with institutional and other investors at a price of 10 pence per share ("the Proposed Placing") to raise £2.5 million (before expenses) for the Company.

CBOT And CBOE Reach Agreement To Permit CBOT Full Members To Sell CBOE Exercise Right Privileges

The Chicago Board of Trade (CBOT) and the Chicago Board Options Exchange (CBOE) today announced an agreement which enables CBOT Full Members to unbundle and sell their CBOE exercise right privileges. The CBOE exercise right, which was granted to CBOT Full Members when the CBOE was formed, allows a CBOT Full Member to become a CBOE member without having to purchase a membership at the CBOE.

UTP Operating Committee Unanimously Agrees To New Coordination Regarding Trading Halts

The Unlisted Trading Privileges Committee ("UTP Committee"), comprised of seven exchanges and markets trading NASDAQ-listed stocks, today announced unanimous agreement regarding new coordination and communication procedures for trading halts specifically in the event of extraordinary market activity that impacts more than one market. The recommendations will be submitted to each of the Plan Participants' Board of Directors and to the Securities and Exchange Commission for review and approval.
