I support the Advance Notice of Proposed Rulemaking (ANPRM) seeking public comment on potential amendments to the Risk Management Program (RMP) requirements in CFTC rules 23.600 and 1.11[1] (collectively, RMP Rules) applicable to swap dealers and futures commission merchants (FCMs), respectively.  I believe in continuous improvement for not only our market participants, but for the Commission and its regulations too. 

Revised Lists Of The Moscow Exchange Indices Announced

Today Moscow Exchange announced the results of the quarterly review for MOEX indices. All changes were made upon recommendations from the Index Committee and will be implemented from 16 June 2023. The Exchange has also set free-floats and additional weighting factors for several companies.

Today, U.S. Secretary of the Treasury Janet L. Yellen met virtually with French Finance Minister Bruno Le Maire. Secretary Yellen conveyed her appreciation of France’s leadership in convening the Summit for a New Global Financial Pact in Paris. Secretary Yellen also raised the U.S priorities for the Paris Summit, including continuing the momentum to evolve multilateral development banks (MDBs) and increasing private capital mobilization to achieve development goals and address global challenges like climate change.
