Kogun Removed From ICEX-15

According to the method for selecting companies into and calculating the ICEX-15 index, a company which is the subject of a takeover will be removed from ICEX-15 at the time when 90% of its shares have been acquired or when the company is delisted, whichever comes first. According to an announcement by Dagsbrun hf. earlier today, Skodun ehf., a subsidiary of Dagsbrun, has now acquired 98.7% of the total share capital in Kogun hf. Therefore, the shares of Kogun will at the end of today be removed

The Industry Classification Benchmark (ICB), the joint classification system launched by FTSE Group (FTSE) and Dow Jones Indexes, celebrates a series of business wins in a range of sectors within the financial services arena around the globe. Russell Investment Group is the latest organization to switch its classification system to ICB. ICB will replace the current FTSE Global Classification Universe that was previously available to users of Russell’s REDE system.
