    Deutsche Börse is expanding its market data and analytics services to cover counterparty data: The company announced on Wednesday it will acquire a 51 percent stake in Azdex Limited, a UK provider of business entity data content and services established in 2003. The purchase price was not disclosed. The overall cash investment for Deutsche Börse is in the area of a single digit million figure and includes a contribution to the Azdex share capital.   • CME Foundation Announces Hurricane Katrina Relief Efforts

    FTSE Group, the global index provider, has confirmed today that Cairn Energy will re-enter the FTSE 100 after a six month absence, at close of business on Friday 16th September. The oil & gas exploration and production company first entered the index a year ago. Joining Cairn in the UK blue chip index is the online gaming giant Partygaming, which listed on the London Stock Exchange in June.
