IntercontinentalExchange (NYSE: ICE), the leading electronic energy marketplace, announced that its regulated futures subsidiary, ICE Futures, posted another record volume day exchange-wide and in both ICE WTI Crude and ICE Brent Crude futures on Thursday, January 11.
MCX Weekly Turnover Up 44 Per Cent, MCX AgrIndex Up 0.18 Per Cent

The total weekly turnover of all futures contracts of major commodities was up 44 per cent to Rs 57,507.65 crores during the week ended on Thursday (January 5-11) from previous week’s turnover of Rs 39,834.47 crores.
HKEx Board Approves MOU On Funding For The Financial Reporting Council

The Board of Directors of Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited (HKEx) today (Friday) approved a memorandum of understanding (MOU) on the funding arrangements for the Financial Reporting Council (FRC), an independent statutory body established under the Financial Reporting Council Ordinance to receive and investigate complaints concerning irregularities of auditors and reporting accountants of listed companies and non-compliances in the financial reports of listed companies.

Through his contacts in the public and private sectors, he will work to help OMX achieve its goals in improving the efficiency of financial markets.
